Page Review: Account Overview

The account overview page displays a summary of accounts associated with your online profile. Accounts are categorized by account type (operating loans, installment loans, real estate loans, etc.) and the summary information includes the account number, account name, updated date, and selected account balances.

 

  • Account Number - This is the account number for the displayed account. This number may be masked for security purposes, displaying only the last several numbers of the account. This ensures the confidentiality and privacy of your online information. For example: Account number 123456789 may be represented as “XXXX-6789” or “****6789”.

 

  • Account Name - If you have not given your accounts custom display names, the online account name will be the default name for the account in our system. To make your accounts easily recognizable, you can assign display names to your accounts in the Preferences>Account menu of the online system. These display names can be changed as often as you wish, and will be used consistently in account listings and menus. The account name is displayed as a hyperlink which takes you directly to Account>History for the selected account. Account names that are highlighted and marked with an asterisk indicate that there are pending transactions against this account.

 

  • Updated - This reflects the date that the displayed balances on the account were last updated. Any account activity since the “Updated Date” would be reflected in Account History as a memo-posted or pending transaction that has yet to be posted to your account.

 

  • Account Balances - Displayed account balance information on the Accounts Overview page are the most relevant summary balances for the account type. A full list of account details are listed on the Account>History page for each individual account in the online banking system.

 

  • Secure Message Link – There is a hyperlink at the top of the page to indicate if you have unread secure messages. As the Account Overview page is your entry point into Account Access, you can conveniently see if you have secure messages or alerts without having to navigate to your secure message mailbox. Clicking on the link will take you directly to Services>Messages

  • Last Logon Date – This shows the last successful login to the online system using your user ID and password. This is a security tool you can use to track potentially unauthorized access to your online accounts. If you suspect any unauthorized access, please contact us immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions: Account Overview

 

Q: Why are some of my account names highlighted and marked with an asterisk?
A: Highlighted account numbers indicate that there is pending transactional activity for the account, often called memo-posted transactions. You can review these pending transactions by going to Account>History for the account, clicking on Pending Items from the Quick Menu, or simply by double-clicking on the grid.

 

Q: What is the icon next to Current Balance?
A: The Quick Action icon allows you to quickly view account history, account details and print account history.

 

Q: Can I nickname the accounts displayed on this page?
A: Yes, you can change the default display name for any account by navigating to the Preferences>Account menu and entering your preferred nickname for some or all of your accounts. Your chosen nickname will be used instead of the default name or account number throughout the online system.

 

Q: Can I change the display order for my accounts?
A: Yes, you can change the default display order by navigating to the Preferences>Account menu and entering your preferred account display order for each account type. Lower order numbers will be displayed before higher order numbers within each group of accounts.

 

Q: How do I pay off my loan?
A: Please contact your local retail office if you would like to pay off your loan.

 

 

Q: Can I view my statements online?
A: Yes, statements are available online under the Accounts menu option. You may view, print, or download your statement in Account Access. Statements are available for a minimum of 24 months.

 

 

Q: Can I stop receiving paper statements in the mail?
A: Yes, to stop receiving paper statements in the mail, contact your local retail office.

 

 

Q: Why can’t I see my statement?
A: It is possible that a statement has not been generated. Not all accounts have the same statement billing cycle. If a statement billing has not been generated, no statement image will be available. Please contact your local retail office if you have further questions.
